Built on Project NANDA
Every Civic Agents hub is built on the same open foundation: Project NANDA, an open protocol for agent identity, discovery, and coordination that originated at MIT. NANDA is what lets an agent built in Nashik, Boston, or Milan discover and communicate with other agents and services using a shared, non-proprietary standard, instead of each hub building its own closed system.
Civic Agents is one application of that foundation, focused specifically on public services. NANDA itself is a broader effort with its own community, research, and roadmap.
